Tran Siu in Support as Melbourne Chinatown Precinct Association Fundraiser a Galloping Success

Melbourne Chinatown Precinct Association arranged a glamorous fundraising dinner along with the Children’s Bioethics development Board of the Royal Melbourne Children’s Hospital. The dazzling night was graced by Tran Siu, Peter Collina and Miss Nyssa Large best known for accompanying Justin Bieber to Melbourne on his recent visit.

Thanks to the compassion and munificence of participants from the business and showbiz community, a substantial sum of money was raised. The participants shared their gratification later on. “we all had a great evening. Our mission is to empower children and youth and such fundraisers will help us take one step forward to our great cause.”

During the lifetime of a child, parents often must go through the toughest times where a critical decision is to be made regarding the child’s health and future; this is where the Children’s Bioethics Centre comes to the rescue of parents by offering expert advice and support. The center experts promote trustworthy interaction, provide sound solution of ethical discords and ease the moral misery.

The Children’s Bioethics Centre’s program is actively supported by the Royal Children’s Hospital Development Board. Hon. Alastair Nicholson is the current chairman of the Children’s right International and Patron of the Development Board. He also served as the chief justice of the family courts of Australia.

The famous Harvard KROKS have visited the Melbourne for the 16th consecutive time and graced this wonderful night with their exceptional musical talent. The group was formed in 1946 and consists of 12 undergraduate a capella music singers. The group travels the world in every summer. The youthful energy, witty humor and finely crafted choreography steps have earned them the respect and excitement of people. They are the real crowd-pleasers in every function. They have the honor of entertaining some of the most noteworthy and globally famous personalities including Ella Fitzgerald, Yo-Yo Ma, Princess Grace, Princess Caroline of Monaco, King Bhumibol of Thailand, Elizabeth Taylor and Julia Roberts. They also show cased talent in Good Morning America and The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.

The fundraising dinner was also aimed at commemorating the efforts and memories of Late Mr. Don Parsons ASPD, who served the Children’s Bioethics Centre for a long and loyal period.
